Warranty policy

Repair warranty

• Six-month warranty on eligible repairs. Terms and conditions apply.
• Eligible repairs carry a written warranty on the replaced part — the part, the cover and the period are printed on your warranty card and job sheet.
• Not every repair type is warranty-eligible — eligibility is stated on your quote before you approve the work, so there are no surprises at claim time.
• The warranty covers functional failure of the replaced part in normal use. It does not cover subsequent physical damage (drops, pressure, cracks) or liquid damage after the repair.
• Warranty claims require the warranty card together with the invoice.
• Opening the device elsewhere, or third-party repairs after ours, void the warranty on the affected part.

Certified pre-owned phones

• Every pre-owned phone is sold with a proper bill and a written warranty; the exact cover for each device is stated on its warranty card before you pay.
• Cosmetic wear consistent with the stated grade is not a warranty matter; functional faults within the warranty period are.
• Physical and liquid damage after purchase are not covered.

Accessories

• Accessories are 100% original and carry the manufacturer's warranty. We assist with claim processing for products bought from us.

Practical notes

• Water-damage treatment is diagnostic and restorative work on an already-compromised board; outcomes cannot be guaranteed and recurrence caused by pre-existing corrosion is outside warranty scope. We tell you this honestly before you spend money.
• Devices uncollected for extended periods after repair completion are held at the owner's risk; please collect promptly.
• Data is not covered by any warranty — please back up before every service. See our privacy policy.
