From one bench in Bhelupur

Hash Digipoint began its journey in Varanasi three years ago, building its reputation through professional mobile repair, dependable service and customer care. The company has now expanded to Lucknow, bringing the same repair-focused approach to Gomti Nagar Extension.

It started the way good workshops do — a workbench, a microscope, and a simple discipline: tell people the truth about their phones. What’s broken, what it costs, whether it’s worth fixing at all. That discipline, set by founder Ashaad Sarosh, turned first-time customers into families who’ve been coming back for years.

What we hold ourselves to

• Diagnosis before money. A structured check first; you approve a fixed quote before we open anything.
• Parts named in writing. The exact part fitted is written on your job sheet and warranty card.
• A warranty you can hold. Six-month warranty on eligible repairs, in writing — terms and conditions apply.
• Data treated as private. Back-up guidance before repair, sealed handling during, and clear practices in our privacy policy.
• Honest arithmetic. When a repair is not worth it, we say so — and offer a fair exchange path instead.

Beyond the workbench, both branches run a curated retail floor: 100% original accessories with manufacturer warranty, and certified pre-owned phones that pass our own inspection before they ever reach a shelf. It is one ecosystem — repair keeps your phone alive, trade-in gives it a second life, and accessories protect the next one.
