- When selling: bring the phone, its bill if you have it, and a government ID.
- Sign out of your accounts (Google account / iCloud) and remove activation locks — we'll help you do this at the counter if needed.
- Back up and factory-reset, or we'll do the reset with you before payment.

Every certified pre-owned phone is sold with a bill and a written warranty. The exact cover for each device is printed on its warranty card and explained before you pay.
How is my old phone's value decided?
By model, age, condition and current market demand — assessed in front of you, not behind a counter. If you disagree with the number, you walk away, no charge.
Do you buy phones with cracked screens or faults?
Usually yes, at a value that reflects the repair cost. Sometimes repairing first fetches you more — we'll do that math with you honestly.
How do I know a used phone isn't stolen?
We buy only with seller ID and verify IMEI before purchase, and every sale is billed. That paper trail protects you as the buyer.
