Screen & display replacement
A cracked screen is the most common phone injury — and the repair where part quality varies the most in the market. We tell you exactly which grade of display is going into your phone, quote a fixed price first, and test touch, brightness and True Tone-style features before handover.

Sounds familiar?
Common symptoms
- Cracked or shattered front glass
- Display works but glass is broken — or glass is fine but the display is black
- Lines, flicker, colour patches or a green tint
- Ghost touch: the phone types or opens apps on its own
- Dead zones where touch stops responding
Behind the symptom
Probable causes
- Impact damage from drops — even without visible cracks, the OLED underneath can fail
- Pressure damage from sitting on the phone or tight pockets
- Liquid reaching display connectors
- A failing display flex cable after repeated micro-drops
Step by step
How the repair works
Assess
We check whether only the glass, the touch layer or the full display assembly is damaged, and whether the frame is bent — a bent frame will crack a new screen quickly.
Choose a part
You choose from the display options available for your model. We explain the difference plainly before you decide.
Replace
The old assembly comes out on an ESD-safe bench; adhesive seals are re-laid, not skipped.
Verify
Touch accuracy, brightness, colour, proximity sensor and edge bonding are tested with you before payment.
Your choices
Repair options
Original / service-pack display
The same panel type your phone shipped with. Costlier, and the right choice for flagships and phones under warranty consideration.
High-quality compatible display
For older or budget phones, a quality-matched compatible panel keeps the repair economical. We'll tell you honestly how it compares.
Glass-only repair
Possible on some models when the display and touch are intact — worth asking about, as it can cost much less.
Good to know
Before you visit
- If the display is completely dead, back up may not be possible — tell us if your data matters more than the screen, and we'll sequence the work around it.
- Note whether Face ID / fingerprint worked before the damage; we'll re-test the same functions after.
- Keep your bill if the phone is under brand warranty — a third-party screen may affect it; we'll advise honestly whether a service-centre route is better for you.
FAQ
Questions we hear every day
My glass is cracked but the display works. Do I need a full replacement?
Not always. On models where the glass can be separated safely we offer glass-only repair. On many phones, though, the glass and display are laminated as one unit and a full assembly is the reliable fix — we'll tell you which applies to your model before quoting.
Will my screen be as bright and smooth as before?
With an original/service-pack panel, yes. With compatible panels, brightness and refresh rate can differ — we demonstrate the actual panel before fitting so you decide with your own eyes.
Is a screen replacement safe for water resistance?
Opening any sealed phone affects its factory water resistance. We re-lay fresh adhesive seals, but no repaired phone should be treated as waterproof afterwards.
How long does it take?
For most models it is a same-day repair when the panel is in stock at the branch. WhatsApp us your model first and we'll confirm availability before you travel.
