Terms of service

The short version: fixed quotes before work, written warranties after, honest handling in between. The formal version follows.

1. Repairs

  • Every repair begins with diagnosis and a fixed quote; work starts only after your approval.
  • Estimated completion times are good-faith estimates; genuine parts availability can affect them. We keep you informed.
  • A job sheet records the device, its condition at intake, and the reported fault. Please review it before signing.
  • Back up your data before submitting a device; data preservation cannot be guaranteed during any repair (see the privacy policy).
  • If a device proves unrepairable or you decline the quote, the assessment costs you nothing and the device is returned as-is.
  • Devices uncollected long after completion may attract storage handling per the job-sheet terms.

2. Warranty

Repair, used-device and accessory warranties are described in the warranty policy and on the warranty card issued with each transaction. The card plus invoice is the warranty instrument.

3. Used-device transactions

  • Buy-back and exchange require valid government ID; IMEI details are recorded.
  • By selling a device you confirm you are its lawful owner. Liability for false ownership claims rests with the seller.
  • Sign out of all accounts (Google/iCloud) and remove activation locks before sale; we can assist at the counter.

4. Payments and pricing

We accept UPI, cards and cash; a GST invoice accompanies every service and sale. Quoted prices are all-inclusive unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Website use

Content on hashdigipoint.com is provided for general information about our services and phone care. Guides reflect professional experience but are not a substitute for hands-on diagnosis of your specific device. Brand names mentioned (Apple, Samsung and others) belong to their respective owners; we are an independent service provider and do not claim authorisation by, or affiliation with, any phone manufacturer.

6. Liability

Our liability on any job is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of data where back-up guidance was provided, or for delays caused by parts supply beyond our control.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Varanasi or Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, corresponding to the branch that served you.
